PC-MDS is licensed for use on a single machine. The buyer is allowed to copy the programs for
backup purposes. Copying of the software and/or the documentation for use on another machine
is in violation of the license agreement and copyright laws. In an effort to facilitate compliance
with copyright laws, inexpensive site licenses are offered. Contact the author for details.
PC-MDS is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PC-MDS was developed from public domain programs, and while the author has attempted to provide the most correct version, errors no doubt exist in the programs (in large part due to errors in the original programs). Although this version has attempted to fix these errors, the author offers no guarantee and assumes no liability for program errors of any kind. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the programs is with the buyer. In no event will the authors, vendors, or others associated with the programs be liable for any damages, including lost profits, out of use, or inability to use the PC-MDS programs even if authors, vendors, or others associated with the programs have been advised of the possibility of such damages or for any claim by another party.
