The documents in this file present information used in the Imall seminars. This site is intented as support materials for those building websites and want to know the components of a website and some do's and don'ts. The site are intended as help with examples, the sites selected as examples have been acclaimed by critics and if you look deep enough, most of the critics have developed some pretty poor sites. The development of a site is an art. Is it visually arresting and pleasing? Does it deliver the feature and benefit message intended? Does it get the Unique Selling Proposition across? and Does it work in requiring to customer to take action on the website?
