The documents in this file present sites that comment (sometimes very pointedly and not very kindly) about the finer points of website design and development. We remind you that although these comments may be helpful and illustrated through examples, they are made by critics and there is no single expert, and generally no single authoritative way to develop an effective website. The proper use of graphics and layout in the design of a page is an art. Is it visually arresting and pleasing? Does it deliver the benefit message intended? and Does it work in reaching the behavioral goals of the website?
